A comedy with brief flashes of dramatic issues facing LGBT people - including a reunion with prejudiced relatives, hate speech and attacks (a characters pet is killed and "FAGIT" is spray painted on his wall). He is later kidnapped by a thuggish "stereotypical southern conservative", this character isn't really comedic and is played semi-realistically. A (possibly gay) student is seen with black eyes constantly, his attacker is later seen with scratches implying the victim defended himself.
