An orgy, organized by the Capitol Insurance management board, takes place for several scenes (5 - 10 minutes) near the end of the movie. Many bare boobs and butts. Some people have raunchy porn-like sex. Others are involved in erotic role playing games. No genitalia though.

There's a fistfight involving a bunch of people, but it's more comedy than anything else. The results aren't bloody at all (black eye, e.g.).

Much profanity, from the minor ones to the heavy ones. The German equivalent for the f-word is dropped quite often.

Chaotic local insurance agency visits the company's biggest party of the year. Drinking ist present in a constant manner - both casually and excessively.

One instance of pot smoking.

The characters smoke cigarettes in many scenes.

None of concern, it's still a comedy.
