There is one strange scene where it seems that a woman is disturbingly masturbating and moaning. She is completely clothed and no nudity is shown for this scene.

Going into too much detail would be a spoiler, but as you might expect in a movie like this, there are some scenes of bloody bodies, live people getting hurt or killed, and some intense scenes of flashbacks.

Many uses of 'fuck' throughout the film. No uses of "f-word", despite what this comment originally claimed. People come to a "parents' guide" looking for information to help them make decisions on their children's viewing. Lying about the film's content is no help whatsoever.

We see a man injecting himself and another person with medicine. No smoking, alcohol, or other drugs are used.
