In the opening live action sequence, boy and a little girl get beat up by some men. The girl dies immediately, but the boy later dies in the fang of an adult couple.

Multiple shootouts both in the live action and the animated sequences. Several people get shot throughout.

Lots of explosions, mostly caused by helicopters and robots.

The violence could be a little bit intense for small children, and could possibly have been put in the PG-13 level. But you can't take the violence too seriously since most of this film is poorly made.
