A man has a fantasy in which a woman (supposed to be Sophia Loren) approaches him and disrobes to her bra and panties. As she slowly walks towards him, she and her breasts increase in size, becoming so large that he burrows his face between her breasts.

A woman wears a fairly see-through dress through the rain. Her nipple is briefly seen through the dress.

A nude woman is briefly shown on bed from behind, her butt visible.

Some intense arguing/yelling. Nothing too extreme.

A man imagines several ways in which he could kill himself. To list a few scenarios: he pops a few pills and then slips a bag over his head and suffocates; he shoots himself in the head and an impossible amount of blood begins spurting out; he jumps off a cliff (his hitting the ground is not shown).

The whole plot is about a man attempting to commit suicide by lying in bed and doing nothing for days until he dies.

Mild profanities such as bitch and bastard. No uses of the f-word that I can recall.

Many scenes of cigarette smoking. It actually plays quite a large part in the story.

There may be a few instances of alcohol consumption, although I'm not entirely sure.

The scene with the Angel of Death is mostly comical, although his appearance may frighten younger audiences.

The film in general, while there is some comedy, is mostly sad and emotional.
