There is a short sequence of SW writing on a woman's bare back with a marker (this is longer in the alternate ending on the DVD)

Some sequences are frightening; such as people crawling around with gas masks on, a man poking a (fake) severed hand with a stick, a man with a tree stump for a head and branches as fingers, a Samara-looking woman with her head in a basin of water, etc.
