Dozen of crude sexual references and situations. A short rear-entry sex scene occurs, but no nudity. A man recieving oral sex is suggested. Scantily clad women are shown throughout as back up dancers.

Some scenes of gunfire, including one where a character gets shot in the rear. Two characters are beaten up and one of them spit up blood at one point. Pretty harsh for a comedic movie, but very moderate.

Mentions and scenes of marijuana use. Characters constantly drink alcohol in the car.

Between shootings, assault and threats, nothing too frightening and all the things above play out in a (darkly) comedic fashion.
