Lots of fighting, large scale destruction, mayhem, and an apocalyptic feeling throughout the whole film:
At the start of the film, two characters are fighting on top of a skyscraper. One of them projects a mystical shield around the structure to protect the ordinary people outside. While the fight itself is not gory or that bloody, it is intense and ends with both characters being killed off-screen with their blood raining to the streets below. It is implied that with the destruction of the shield, the entire building surrounded by it also falls, killing all the people inside it.
A girl extends her hand out when it begins raining. The raindrop cuts her hand by surprise and she notices a bleeding cut on her palm. This is the work of one mystical character who can cut people and other solid things with water.
Another character can tangle people up with his cloaks. His punches are supercharged and later in the film he manages to wound another character by punching straight through his abdomen. Blood is shown.
A man attempts to use a train to run a woman over during a superpowered battle. She gathers her psychokinetic ability to maximum levels and incinerates him. As he screams in pain, the train collides into her and the train station explodes. In the burning aftermath we see her dead body half-crushed by rubble, and we see the man's hand as the only body part of his body outside the debris, implying that he is dead.
A teenage girl is speared by two chained blades and dies in a companion's arms. Not bloody, but tragic.
A man's arm is bitten off by a demonic dog. It falls with blood trailing it to the ground.
Later, the same man his body literally dismembered by another man's telekinetic powers. Blood spills from many parts of his body as his limbs are all torn apart. His body then flies backwards into a hole.
During a fight, another man is speared in the shoulder by hostile energy tendrils but survives the attack. Later, his body becomes immobile through telekinesis. He is thrown against the ground and slowly and painfully tortured by mystical energies. Blood sprays out of his body. Again, he recovers. However, in an attempt to save the woman he loves, he dives into their attacker but is sliced in the chest by a sword. He dies moments later.
The woman in the aforementioned scene is distracted by the man's death and is then impaled in the back, dying on top of him.
Three characters are attacked in one scene. The insane assailant dismembers a man's arm and then hurls him into a surreal machine, electrocuting him to death on its wires. The pilot of the machine, a young woman, is also electrocuted at that instance and the machine's malfunctioning causes a metal pole to impale her. She dies seconds later. The third character, an older woman, is slashed in the back as she attempts to run to them, but she dies much later. The scene is very bloody and intense.
A teen girl is crucified in two nightmare sequences: In the first, metal wires cut into her body, causing blood to pour out in heaps. A wire ends up beheading her. In another sequence, she is stabbed to death while being crucified. Both scenes are emotionally intense and disturbing.
The same girl dies after a man chases her and forcibly removes a mystical sword out of her stomach with his hand. Emotionally intense with some blood shown.
Two young men, who are supposed to be friends, fight at the climax of the movie. It ends with one of them being beheaded. No gore or blood, but the aftermath of the fight is depressingly sad.
Apocalyptic destruction begins to take its toll on Tokyo later in the film, as falling debris crushes people and cars and buildings are destroyed either by the fighting or the impending spiritual energies that threaten to engulf the world.
