Sawyer quotes the famous line from "Gone with the Wind" but is interrupted. In case you are unaware of what the line is, it is "surely my dear, i don't give a damn." but Sawyer is interrupted before she can say the word.

One of the minor characters (the talent agent) is smoking a cigar. A minor fish character smokes a cigarette in a holder in several scenes. A studio producer smokes a cigar.

Darla shocks herself on purpose at one point and doesn't seem to feel any pain. She would die in reality if she tried this.

Darla Dimple looks crazy in some scenes which makes her look scary.

Max chases Danny onto the roof and keeps trying to knock him off. Then chases Danny to the giant Darla Dimple balloon which he is chased on it.

Max makes a big creepy grin when he's about to push Danny off the roof and laughs while during it which is also kind of creepy.
