The Ghoulies may frighten young viewers but likely they will find them funny.

Alexandra and Faust could be frightening.

There is one frightening scene where a woman's car is controlled by a demon and it runs off the road.

In a few scenes mental patients are shown to have taken over their hospital. This could frighten some.

The ending is rather intense. Alexandra captures a girl and offers her to Faust as a sacrifice. This entire sequence is a little intense.
