The scene after Big Boy is rehearsing with the dancers at his new club. Dick Tracey goes into Madonna's dressing room. She is first standing in the shadows but you can clearly see her bare breasts. Then she walks into the light and you can see them even more clearly. The whole scene lasts about thirty seconds. Madonna also uses innuendo on Tracy but it's nothing vulgar.

A woman wears revealing clothing and acts seductive through most of the movie. In one particular scene she wears only panties and a mesh gown which slightly cover her breasts which are visible, this scene is fairly short though. Some brief kisses.

One gangster is killed by a variant of the cement overshoe gangster murder method cliche called "The Bath," where he is immersed in cement and dropped into the river to drown. Later, Tracy's police comrade "Bug" Bradley is threatened with the same method to lure Tracy to be killed.

One dissenting gangster from Big Boy's united mob proposition is murdered with a car bomb to intimidate the others into cooperating.

Big Boy attempts to have Tracy killed by having his goons tie to a chair in an boiler room, and then damage the furnace to have it overload and explode. The Kid manages to break in and is barely able to free the detective for them to both flee the building before the explosion.
