Raphael is jumped and beaten up on the rooftop of April's apartment leading to being tossed through a skylight and being put in a coma for a portion of the film. He wakes up OK later but the fight itself is very intense and his recovery can be uncertain.

Suggested MPAA rating: PG-13 for intense violent sequences.
