When Fred Savage is eating peanut butter and onion sandwich, he watches a fictional TV show that shows a woman a few times wearing a very tiny bikini. There is a mention of watching the Playboy Channel. There is mention of an "over-the-shoulder boulder holder" (meaning a woman's bra).

A monster rips a child's head off and throws it in a basket (no blood or gore, but there are no cuts in the scene and is quite nightmarish). A monster that resembles a human child has its face melted off. Some of the pranks that the monsters play on humans (i.e. emptying a bottle of apple juice and replacing it with urine) are fairly cruel.
