Near the end of a whimsical musical number, the Wizard contorts his face into a spooky appearance for a split second. This comes entirely out of nowhere, but not as terrifying as the aspects of the malevolent Dark Heart from the infamous Care Bears' second film.

Overall, this isn't as scary as the infamous second Care Bears' theatrical franchise. Although, there are some perils.
