During an extended sequence, a woman is seen skinny dipping in a pool. She gets out of the pool and washes off under the pool shower. Her breasts, bush, and butt are seen. When her brother shows up she quickly covers herself with a towel. He playfully pulls it off her and looks at his sister's exposed body. But she just laughs as if it's a prank. She covers her breasts but her bush is still visible. Then she turns away, exposing her butt . He tosses the towel to her and she covers herself again.

Many characters meet their demise in violent ways, including several people being attacked and slashed using a chainsaw, many getting shot, one man gets impaled, another is getting sawed in half starting from his crotch, a couple of men get radiation burned, a few are set on fire, and several are stabbed, and a man is seen tortured using electricity, with several sequences of physical fights. Lots of blood and some gore throughout.

Lots of cigarette smoking and social drinking.
