Fully nude men are lying face up and face down in the sand. Technically, it's full frontal nudity, but the shot is "artistic" with a lot of sand covering bodies.

One instance of nudity includes a naked zombie's buttocks which is very brief, not sexual, and obscured. No other sex/nudity at all.

A woman's head is shoved through a nail, causing her eye to pop out of its socket. Blood and pus spew out.

A woman's face is melted off with acid. Bloodstained foam is seen on the floor, along with injury detail.

Many zombies are shot to death. One gunshot blows open a girl's head. Bloody, but relatively quick.

A zombified little girl's forehead is blown off by a gunshot through the back of her head.

A woman's throat and half her face is ripped out by a dog; LOTS of bloodshed.

While unconscious, a man's face is mutilated by tarantulas. His eyes, nose, lips, and tongue are bitten and torn in closeup view. Very gory.

A man falls from a scaffolding, causing him to bleed from the mouth.

A man is stabbed in the face by pieces of broken glass; blood squirts.

A man's eyes are gouged out; seen in a closeup.

A man is viciously tortured to death; he is whipped with chains, crucified with stakes to the arms, and his body melted with a boiling hot liquid substance.

The scene with the tarantulas may scare some viewers, especially those with arachnophobia.

There aren't very many truly scary scenes, but the high amount of graphic, bloody gore and other nasty images may gross out or disturb some viewers.
