Some alcohol is seen. But this is a western so this so extremely common, and in this movie's case, there is far less here than most Westerns.

The movie is not that bad as it seems. The only thing that might be considered distressing is the scene with a rabbit being killed by a throwing knife-but even then it's only on screen for a few seconds.

Some scenes with Brando are just plain strange. Especially the scene where he's talking to horses and feeding them carrots.

Sometimes the movie is very weird. Some scenes have bizarre acting, dialogue, direction, and editing.

If made today, The Missouri Breaks would be rated PG-13 for western violence, some sex-related material and brief nudity.
