In one graphic scene, a man rapes a woman using a snake.

There's a bondage scene where a naked woman is tied up and tortured with snakes.

Almost continual instances of female nudity (toplessness and full nudity from behind), as well as at least two sex scenes, a rape and numerous moments of bondage.

A few people get bitten by snakes; we often see their bodies covered in the gross bitemarks and they usually also foam at the mouth and writhe in agony.

Numerous snakes get cut open, cut in half or set on fire.

A man falls down some stairs and gets a chunk of wood stabbed in his leg.

A woman gets clawed to death by lizards; some blood.

Minor language here and there, like "bastard" or "damn".

A few people are seen drunk.

Multiple disturbing moments including the bondage scenes (which get pretty violent), a hard-to-watch rape, the people dying via multiple snakebites, and the deaths of numerous snakes (real snakes were actually slaughtered during filming and it shows up onscreen). Definatley not for the faint of heart or easily offended.
