The film includes a fist fight between two kids, with others gathered around egging them on. There is a scene where a child falls out of a tree and is injured. There are also several gross scenes where the kids come into contact with Josephine, and she vomits heavily on them. Josephine also causes one kid to bleed out of her nose.
