Storyline:  Deke is an overworked sheriff who has to team up with Baxter, an LASD detective, to catch a serial killer who is terrorizing the city. Deke's aptitude to perceive small details proves to be extremely precise, but his tendency to bend the rules leads Baxter into a dilemma.
