A ghoul watches Art peel a man's face apart while pleasuring herself with a long sharp piece of glass. No nudity is visible as she is clothed while doing so.

Couple in the shower kissing and embracing, nudity is either obscurred by glass or limited to legs/back/shoulders.

Male genitals are briefly seen as a body is sawed up.

In the scene where Art the clown is using his chainsaw during the college couple showering together, he uses it to slice open the naked womans chest which is briefly shown for at least 3 seconds.

A chainsaw is shoved up a guys rectum and his intestines are squishing and slicing open. He then gets turned over onto his back and has the chainsaw shoved into his scrotum, which completely rips it to shreds. In the same scene, a woman's face is slashed brutally with a chainsaw and cut in half. The villain cuts off all of both characters limbs and makes a snow angel in their blood.

Art pins a man to the ground and nails his hand down to it. He bites off two of his fingers and sticks a box cutter into his forehead, and slices all the way up his skull. Once a long, deep incision around his skull is made, he peels his head open like a banana peel. Sticky flesh and blood squirts out.

Art ties Santa to a chair and freezes both his legs with a tank of liquid nitrogen. Once they're completely frozen, He then smashes both his shins apart with a hammer. He then freezes both his hands and smashes them apart, then freezes his face and smashes it apart. He also rips off his beard. Once his face is completely smashed open, he sticks a carrot into the middle of his face to give him a carrot nose like a snow man.

A man is shot in the neck with lots of blood graphically squirting out. Another man is then shot in the forehead.

A child opens a present which ends up being a bomb in a shopping centre. The entire area (which is filled of children) explode. Children's bodies are then seen split in half with gory intestine detail.

A character is seen hanging like Jesus Christ and his organ area is open with severe intestine detail, a character's face is then forced into it.

A close up shot shows a man slash a chainsaw across a womans breasts , it is very brief lasts a second.

Art shoves a large tube down a woman's throat, partially ripping her mouth open. He then places several rats in the tube which crawl into her stomach and throat until Victoria slits the woman's throat and the rats pour out of the wound.

Art kills a young boy off-screen, decapitating him with an axe and then proceeding to chop up several other body parts. While none of it is seen, the impact is heard very loudly and detailed. Later on, the boy's mother walks into his room and finds the scattered body parts and decapitated head all over the room, which is all shown on-screen in intense and horrifying detail.

A man has his jaw ripped off and his face slowly peeled off. Lots of blood and great skin effects.

A severed head is seen eating a womans face and head. Very graphic mutilation and meat and blood effects.

Detailed guts, flesh, eyeballs, and blood.

In the opening, Art axes a woman In the back (blood pours) before slamming her into a wall and axes her in the stomach twice (lots of blood pours and squirts). He chops her arm of and sticks it in her head (lots of blood sprays and squirts).

Missing limbs are seen throughout the movie like: arms and legs.

Art kills a man while he's asleep by hacking through his neck with an axe until he's decapitated. He also chops off his arm with the axe, and hacks into his rib cages. Blood sprays all over the bed and pours all over his wife laying in bed next to him.

Around 50 uses of "fuck", and 2 uses of "cunt" (said and written). 20+ uses of "shit".

A mall Santa is seen drinking at a bar.

Sienna and Jonathan take medications for their PTSD.

A woman is pursued and eventually tortured by a maniacal killer. Her friends and family are killed in disgustingly gruesome ways.

The murder of children is not directly shown on screen but the aftermath is EXTREMELY GORY AND DISTURBING.

The most violent and bloodiest film in the franchise (somehow gorier than 2).

Suggested MPAA rating NC-17 for extreme sadistic disturbing violence and gore throughout including aberrant behavior.

Art the Clown is extremely creepy and sadistic, murdering people in the most gruesome of ways.

Probably one of the most violent movies of 2024 next to Kill, In A Violent Nature and Monkey Man.
