In the Vox Machina campaign, there are two couples in the party. As it is all role play, nothing takes place on screen, but characters kiss and sex is implied several times. Additionally, two of the characters often makes crude jokes and occasionally visit brothels.

In the Mighty Nien campaign, there are two couples in the group, and sex is implied between them, as well as between one of the characters and her NPC wife and a different character and two prostitutes. Additionally, there are frank discussions of sex and sexual orientation between many characters, although there is no homophobia whatsoever.

When the players defeat a "boss" NPC they often describe in great detail how the kill takes place, some of these kills are very bloody but nothing is seen on screen.
