The Amamiya Brothers, Masaki (Takahiro) and Hiroto (Hiroomi Tosaka), keep looking for their older brother Takeru (Takumi Saito) who disappeared one year ago. The three Amamiya brothers lost their parents when they were young. Since then, they relied only on each other. On the anniversary of their parents' death, Masaki and Hiroto expect Takeru to appear. Instead, they meet a person who has a clue on Takeru's whereabouts

The most brutal new gangs appear. These gangs are Doubt and Prison gang, and they try to dominate the area controlled by SWORD. They also go up against other gangs in the area and challenge White Rascals to fight.

In order to conceal past corruption by the government, the Kyuryu gang proceeds on a plan to destroy a street and build a casino. To stop the Kyuryu gang, members of the SWORD begin to move.

Demon High School is divide into a part-time system and a full-time system, Yoshiki Murayama is the head of the Demon high school and Kaede Hanaoka has an ambition to take on the full-time world in order to challenge Murayama one day.

Cobra, Yamato and Noboru have been friends since they were kids. Noboru is able to score good grades and enter a university. He provides hope to Cobra and Yamato who seem to be good only at fighting. The film is set 3 years after the events of 'High and Low: The Worst' which follows the rivalry between Oya High's street fighters and delinquents of Housen Academy.

Dan, Tettsu and Chiharu (DTC) were exhausted after all those exciting days. Yet what awaits them is an extremely boring life. In order to seek for excitement and youth (and girls), the trio goes on a motorcycle trip without a specific destination. But they soon spend all their money and have to do part-time jobs in a hotel at the hot spring resort... There, they meet the young proprietress Mari and her only daughter Megumi. Chiharu grows fond of Mari who takes care of her daughter and runs the hotel alone after her husband died. However, Chiharu knows that Mari and the head-clerk Miyazaki are attracted to each other. To help the two who cannot get married because of her daughter, the trio decides to carry out a certain plan with the assistance from their friends the Tatebue Brothers as well as SMG and Daruma Babies who used to be rivals! What is the end of DTC's unbelievable pure trip...?
