10 years after "Marrying the Mafia 1". The three J's established an architecture company and have become well-known business. They hold pens instead of fists in their hands but things still happen around them and now even bother their children.

Mrs. Hong Duk-Ja quits the mafia and starts food company. She then goes on a overseas trip to Japan with her family. An incredible case then occurs.

Mrs. Hong's family launches a new business (a kimchi manufacturing company) after putting an end to their crime-related dirty business. It's a huge success due to Mrs. Hong's culinary talent, and she, with her three sons and their wives, write a new chapter for their family history (learning what an ordinary man's life is like); but, the Hongs hit a crisis when former prosecutor Bong, imprisoned for manipulating evidence (and now released), prepares for revenge on the Hongs, who largely contributed to his conviction.

Mrs. Hong is the crime boss for a large mafia group. She orders her two sons, Kyung-Jae and Suk-Jae to find an elite wife for her eldest son In-Jae. In-Jae then meets beautiful Jin-Kyung, who seems like she could be the one for him. In-Jae then learns that Jin-Kyung is a prosecutor and his family could fall into danger.
