Locke the Superman Collection

Colonel Yamaki is looking for Locke, an ESPer with powers are far beyond imaginable. He is supposed to enroll him on a mission to investigate Lady Kahn, a millionaire tycoon who is raising an army of ESPers for an unknown reason.

Five people try to get they're memories back by saving the human race.

Some scavengers have found and reactivate the super-computer ELANA and Locke and his friends have to save the EESPers.
